Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective September 2026
1. Who we are
Bond is operated by Business Development Agency LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Place NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: info@bdagencypro.com.
2. What Bond is, and is not
Bond is an administrative work manager for dental practices: tasks, follow-ups, calendars, procedure-code references and supply lists shared by a team.
Bond is not a medical record, a practice-management system or a billing system. It does not replace your PMS, your charting or your claims software, and it must not be used as the source of truth for clinical or financial information about a patient.
3. Patient information you may enter
To keep the tool useful and the data minimal, you agree to enter only what a follow-up needs: a patient reference (chart number, or initials and last name), the name of an insurer, and short working notes. You agree not to enter dates of birth, Social Security or policy numbers, diagnoses, radiographs or other clinical images, or any other protected health information beyond that minimum. You are responsible for the content your team enters.
4. Accounts and practices
You need an account to use Bond. A practice is created by an owner, who can invite others by link. Owners and admins manage members, offices and settings. You are responsible for keeping invite links private and revoking them when needed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Bond to break the law, to access data that is not yours, to probe or overload the service, or to store content you have no right to store.
6. Availability and changes
Bond is offered as is during its early-access period. We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept the new version.
7. Your data
You can export your account data and delete your account from Settings. Deleting a practice removes its boards, cards, follow-ups and files for everyone in it. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Business Development Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by missed follow-ups, notifications not delivered by third-party channels, or data your team chose to enter. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
